Me and my mom ordered two smores frappechinos and mine was supposed to conme decaf, because I dont drink caffeine. The drinks come, and their both caffeinated. When I ask for a decaf the barista tries to lie to me and says they dont make frappes decaf. I knew that was a lie because I get decaf frappes often. So, she remakes my frappechino and its comes in, with just foam milk and whipped cream. I wouldnt even call that a frappechino, It just looked like iced milk with syrup. The lady was rude and then rushed to remake it, so I had to drink the caffeinated one. Then, They forgot to make my moms other coffee she had ordered. Thanks a lot starbucks.

My wife placed a mobile order about 30 minutes before arriving, but when she got there, her drink still wasn't ready. We understand that the store may have been busy and running behind. Since she had to get to work, she politely asked how much longer the wait would be. Instead of a simple answer, the manager responded with an attitude and said, "We're behind, so wait." She wasn't complaining, she was just trying to see if she could wait any longer or if she'd be late for work. The rude response upset her enough that she requested a refund and left. We understand everyone has bad days, but that's no excuse to treat customers poorly for asking a reasonable question.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location on May 31, 2026, around 9:45 AM. I have been coming to this Starbucks for about four years and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this situation was so surprising. I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup and waited over 20 minutes before arriving at the store. When I got there, my drink was still not ready. I then waited an additional 15 minutes, bringing my total wait time to approximately 35 minutes for a single drink. I understand that stores can get busy and fall behind, so I politely went to the register and asked whether my drink would be ready soon because I needed to be at work by 10:00 AM and it was already 9:55. I explained that if it would take much longer, I would simply request a refund and leave. The employee assisting me, an older gentleman who may have been a manager, responded with a very rude and dismissive attitude. He told me that they were behind schedule and that I would just have to wait because there was nothing they could do. When I repeated that I was only asking because I needed to know whether to wait or request a refund, he immediately told another emplo

I come to this Starbucks everyday for the same drink. Iced white chocolate mocha with light ice and caramel drizzle. The baristas here are wonderful, kind, people and they always do a great job! Thank you so much!

The woman who took my order (don’t know her name, but she seemed to be in charge of the floor) was extremely friendly and helpful. I instantly felt more at ease. Very good experience, and I was in and out very fast.
